Online Booking
My schedule posted online shows my current availability if it's not available online, I am fully booked for the day. My average book out time is usually 3-4 weeks in advance. PLEASE pay attention when booking your appointment to the month, date and time you are booking your appointment to assure that date and time works for you. You will receive notifications leading up to your appointment and a confirmation text will be sent out 72 hours prior to your appointment giving you sufficient time to reschedule if needed. A non-confirmed appointment is not considered a proper cancellation. 
It is policy make a deposit at the time of booking to ensure that you will show for your reserved time slot. You will pay the remaining balance of service booked at checkout. Please note- all deposits are NON REFUNDABLE which is agreed upon when you book the appointment. If you have any questions regarding our policy please feel free to give us a call.

Please note: this business is my full time job it is not just a hobby. If you don't come in for your appointment but you take up time on my book I do not get paid. Your appointment is my livelihood as well as the livelihood of my business remaining open. My business and I thrive off of consistency and honesty therefore in order to reserve your appointment a deposit is required. I would expect that when booking a facial you would follow through with coming in just as I would show up for you. Just know that this is not to deter you from booking a facial this is to protect myself, my business and those that are serious about coming in. Your time is valuable to me and I would like my time to be valuable to you. 

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is REQUIRED when canceling an appointment. A non refundable deposit is REQUIRED at the time of booking.

* For all appointments booked- a cancellation contract wil be sent out and is required to be completed in order to keep your appointment reservation*


Deposits:
To book an appointment we require a non-refundable deposit which varies in price based on the amount of the requested service.  If the appointment is canceled/rescheduled the deposit is non refundable. No exceptions.

More than 24 hours notice:
Deposit can be used toward your next/rescheduled appointment.

Less than 24 hour notice:
Non refundable deposit (no exceptions).

No show:
Non refundable deposit (no exceptions) Plus remaining balance of treatment in order to book a future appointment.

Late Arrivals:
There is a grace period of 10 minutes. If you arrive 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you will be turned away.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. Your Esthetician will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment depending on what you booked.Non refundable deposit (no exceptions) Plus remaining balance of FULL treatment scheduled.

Prebooked appointments in person:
In the event of prebooking at your previous appointment, your service provider may or may not ask you for a deposit when booking. However- you are still held responsible for the non-refundable deposit fee in the event of a no-show or late arrival. This is agreed upon when booking any and ALL appointments. In this case- the day of the no show or late arrival an invoice will be sent to your email and or phone number on file and you will be responsible for at least the deposit fee if not the full service.
